I think it is more a response to social structure and relati9nship dynamics. If you're falsely accused of murder you're viewed as a criminal to he sure, but rape accusations bring further social stigma and pressures because rape is universally considered vile amongst normal people. Basically the social consequences of the crime of rape or accusations therof are seperate and greater than the social consequences of other violent crimes. On the relationship side, people of both genders have felt betrayal at some point and a rape accusation, whether honest or not is a largely feminine power to socially destroy a man's standing in a way that betrays what may have once been a perhaps loving but certainly private relationship. There is probably something to he said about men holding an irrational fear of the accusation but I think its unfa8r to say that it is entirely caused by misogyny.

🦆 Duck Harvest All Wrapped Up! — Thoughts from the Pasture 🌿 Just processed our 2025 batch of pasture-raised ducks at Cackleberry Farm and Garden—36 birds at 8 weeks, a far cry from the intended harvest of 150! But I consider that a blessing at this point, I have never wanted to quit more than I did this year!
