Spent a good day at the hot springs before picking up a few more bee packages this weekend and installing them.
install went pretty well, with a minor scare, and all bees seem to have moved into their new homes.
that was Fri and Sat, since then back to work to pay for yesterday today and tomorrow
I've noticed that @primal consumes data at a surprising rate, at least I think that's the source, my settings say it has not been very bad, however since getting on nostr and utilizing primal, my phone has used hundreds of MB of data more than prior usage.
how is everyone else's experience? solutions?

can someone explain the Laser eye thing to my inner 5 year old?
great blog post, qu8ck read but achieves the goal of painting a mindset in few words.
I love that you start with Japanese enduring businesses, really draws me into the story
I don't think my first attempt at this post worked so:
got my duck brooder built yesterday.
a little overcomplicated but I wanted to capture the effluent that messy wet ducks make rather than let it pass through the bedding and soak my shop floor.
last year I made elevated floor brooder but didn't get catch and gutter system installed until this year. the gutter leaded to an oil pan(unused) for collection and use in a watering can.
last year I learned that the elevated floor kept the bedding and ducks a little more dry.
I also discovered that young ducks were prone to falling through the cracks, thus the addition of landscape fabric.
happy spring!

duck brooder built yesterday. overcomplicated a bit but as ducks tend to splash and spill so much water and have wet manure, I wanted to collect the effluent rather than let it pool in my shop and smell.
I'm hoping this liquid fertilizer is worth the Xtra effort.
last year proved that elevating the bedding and allowing drainage helped it last longer and kept the birds drier.

listening to #TSP episode 3473 fr9m @JackSpirko this morning just reminds me of all the opportunities I've chose to miss over the years. knew bitcoin was a good fit for Austrian economics when it was somewhere between $1-$225/BTC... Stayed away because of skepticism and excuses. Knew that Sepp's trip to Montana was coming and an amazing opportunity, made excuses why I couldn't afford it(to be fair I was like 16 or 17 making 10 but an hour) and instead of fundraising and begging and borrowing to make the short drive from Cheyenne, I stayed home and wasted money on being a dumb kid.
not sure what action it will spur me into in the future, but today, I'm feeling #fedupwithfailure
maybe I should look at Zach's website in earnest one of these days...
