A little burner. Wasn’t feeling my best but worked hard. It is about the discipline of grinding even when you don’t want to sometimes.
I did a fun workout with a friend last night sharing reps:
10 rounds of:
5 pushups, 10 pullups, 15 air squats
Then
5000m bike erg
Then
10 rounds of:
5 hand stand push ups, 10 pistol squats ,15 pullups
Finish time was 35:30
