Really enjoying listening to Casey Means’ “Good Energy” book so far. I’m gifting copies to my parents and in-laws- metabolic unhealthiness is the root cause of most chronic disease we see today. Two interesting nuggets from chapter 4 - In 22 states- patients don’t own their own medical records. Hospitals and health systems do. Patients who have access to their own medical records have better health outcomes. @nosfabrica we are building a decentralized healthcare ecosystem where individuals own their own data and are empowered to improve their health.
