When you craft something for years, it’s like you’re gifting a world to someone… not a half-ass product. The more incomplete a product is on launch, the harder it is to feel immersed in it. The more bugs and inconsistencies, the less it feels like a world — and the less immersion there is. Everyone likes to ship half-finished products they can update along the way, but the first impression is powerful. A first impression that is fully immersive hooks people.
