Everyone with half a mind started shorting dollars at a certain point, whatever the asset or commodity of choice. First principle: every unit in a credit system is credit owed to someone. Which means that every unit is owed with interest, which means the interest needs to be newly introduced into the system to maintain the debt. Interest is the natural growth rate of fiat. The extra money to pay the interest does not exist yet → it must be created by someone else taking on new debt. This is exponential decay, it is exponential because a percentage, no matter what the percentage is, is added every year to service the debt. This exponential property of fiat is mathematically absolute, totally glossed over by most economists, and only requires you to buy some #bitcoin in case it catches on.

Belief is a construct to fullfill the expectations of the masses, because they expect to find certainty in their lives. The uncomfortable nature of our existence is that there is no certainty, only if/then relationships. Ideology is there to cloud your mind with fixed ideas of that which you'll never know with any certainty. You can have faith that the most plausible or the most desirable is your actual reality, but as soon as you start to believe you cloud your mind with fixations that block you from observation. Your epistemic ability will be compromised and your cognitive model will be filled with binary absolutes. This creates opposition in people, opposition towards eachother, opposition is quite literally the opposite of the most plausible model of reality: holism.

About bubbles: It's not a bubble when the denominator expands and the numerator needs to adjust to that expansion. Nominal indexation needs to adjust because of m2 expansion. It's not about value, the value stays mostly the same. It's about nominal expression in an exponentially expanding currency.

#Bitcoin is a bookkeeping system, a ledger, with a finite amount of units to record who owns how much value of the total system of value. The proposal it makes is to switch to this new system. You can do that by "buying" bitcoin, mining bitcoin or by accepting it as payment.

There is no proof that a difference between physics and meta physics exists. The most basic assumption that the scientific method relies on is that it simply exists without a need for proof.

Those who do not create that meaning themselves will always feel that it is absent. Before humanity existed, before there were people on Earth, there was no meaning. Meaning is something created by humans, carried and held by humans. If you do not live with this awareness, your life becomes something that happens to you. We are creators by creating. It is absolutely necessary to take full responsibility for your own existence, your own feelings, your own experience of this ephemeral life. Don't assume someone will tell you the meaning of your life, because you will follow meaning that isn't yours. Create your own meaning, be a creator, be like your creator.

Behavior is measurable. Identity is not. Don't confuse these two.

You get to decide what any of this means to you, that meaning is yours to create, to hold onto or let go of.
