It’s easy to talk smack about Low Time Preference when the charts are up, but the true test of this has been 2026 so far. If BTC’s price action this year has got you genuinely angered or is or making you short-tempered with your friends and family, you aren't practicing low time preference, you are still a hostage to the fiat trap. If you’re spending your precious time down in the dumps bc of the Bitcoin price, you’ve gotta find some perspective. Finally got my hands on some ‘Bean of Fire’- (Bukele’s Coffee) ☕️ I went with the washed Red Bourbon, medium-light roast, and no surprise, it tastes amazing (all Salvadoran coffee always does!) 🇸🇻👏 Huge fan of the packaging also, best I’ve seen

It’s incredible how much less I spend than the average person my age….and it’s all thanks to looking at costs through a bitcoin lens. Think “cheap” thrills like a $2 candy bar at the grocery store… At the moment, it seems insignificant. But because I know BTC has another 10x+ move in its future, I didn't just spend $2. I effectively spent $20 of my future self's wealth- thus making that candy bar comically expensive.

Back when we were in high school, we visited Bitcoin Beach for the very first time, just as curious explorers. That was 3.5 years ago. We were so fascinated by the whole idea of the town, and, after arriving, were instantly drawn to the hopeful and enthusiastic energy of the entire country. We knew we had to figure out a way to stay involved, despite not living there full time. Around 18months later, after a few other trips down there, the idea of Satoshi’s Sip was born. An opportunity for us to meet Bitcoiners, experience more of the beautiful country of El Salvador, share our story, grow as entrepreneurs, and orange-pill the United States while sharing Bitcoin Beach’s delicious coffee with them! What a cool journey it’s been- and can’t wait for what’s yet to come!
