So I know I'm late to the nip23 (long-form content) world, but it's confusing!! I don't see the long-form post in my normal profile feed (at least not in primal or snort), but I am seeing replies and reactions to that post in my snort notifications (but not primal). So I guess I should treat it like any other external blog post? Write it over on habla.news (or wherever), then link to it in a normal nostr post? Seems like that makes sense and is kind of dumb at the same time. * Write a (longer) thing on nostr (via nip-23) * Then say, "Hey, I wrote a thing on nostr!"... on nostr.

Gonna go take @npub1kuma...z2v7 for a walk. I expect y'all to have this bitcoin thing over $50k by the time we return, mm'kay?

Double recommendation here: 1.) You young'uns probably don't know Supertramp. Catch up. 2.) This YT channel is my new favorite lunchtime watch! She analyzes vocal technique (something I know ZERO about) and how it interconnects with the lyrics, emotion, the rest of the song's elements. But the real joy is watching her react to a song for the first time as she steps through it. Watching her absorb Supertramp's constantly unexpected, wonderfully unique pizzazz while appreciating the singer's heartfelt storytelling is a blast. I've loved this song for DECADES but it's really cool to appreciate it in a new way from her more technical perspective and her own in-the-moment emotional reactions.

Yo, where my nerds at?!! I created a bitcoin mnemonic that starts with "coffee". Its fingerprint is c0ffee4b It has a receive address that starts with 3Coffee That address wrote an OP_RETURN that says "c0ffee inception!" And the txid of that transaction starts with... c0ffee!!!

I've been trying an admittedly hopeless experiment on twitter: blocking every crypto BS airdrop/nft/etc ad it shows me. I know, there's an inexhaustible supply of them. Fool's errand. But maybe I'm getting some results! It just started showing me this Oreo cookie ad! (tho I'm mostly keto and have never had a sweet tooth, so good luck with that. Def funny to see the algo just throwing random darts) So I made sure to click on the ad and even watch the video; I want to encourage it to think that these are the best ads to show me. Innocuous-enough Oreos are so much better than ads for incredibly dumb nft shit.

Oh man, Wally had to do so much editing around my inarticulate Spanish! But we got to hang out, have breakfast, take in the view from the top of a volcano, and, of course, talk @SeedSigner!

Okay, finally saw John Wick. Fun enough, interesting-ish world. Keanu is Keanu but no one's expecting amazing acting here. Then watched John Wick Chapter 2. Bit more "meh". Still more enjoyable than not. Do I continue to Chapters 3 and 4?
