I was noticing the Big Mac index which is something that the economist invented a long time ago because it supposed to represent the entire economy because of so many different parts of the economy required to make a Big Mac and also it's a good estimate for purchasing power parity between countries
Anyway it made me want to go get a Big Mac

You can go pretty far back but of course it only allows for Ibit, not Bitcoin so you only get a year and a half of Bitcoin in your portfolio
As the Bitcoin market matures and the ETFs become a larger portion of the market cap you end up in a regime where people rebalance portfolios, dampening volatility.
I never understood how this works until I started using Wealthfront
It automatically rebalances portfolios and it only let you put 10% of your money into a Bitcoin ETF (and only Ibit)
So every week or so when Bitcoin goes up a whole bunch it'll sell some of that and reinvest the proceeds into other things that have gone down like commodities or foreign stocks or whatever you picked .
It's a robo investor .
And it has out-performed my hand-to-hand combat investment in the last 8 years as I played with it
I highly recommend you put a little money in wealthfront and screw around with it and watch what happens with the rebalancing. It is quite educational. You may find as I have that the robot is better than you are.
Furthermore,, All of the rebalancing activities across the whole market explains some of the decline in volatility that we've seen this year that has made Bitcoin so boring for the gamblers among us [guilty].
