"Buy the rumor, sell the news" is nonsense. Bitcoin is not a get rich quick scheme. DCA as often as possible. Cop extra sats if the price is low. Spend them if you need or are able. And HODL your savings. Don't make it more complicated than it needs to be, or you'll risk losing your wealth. It'll be hard, but nothing worth working toward will be easy.

@Bitcoin Well and @strike are EASILY my favorite ways to acquire new sats. They serve different purposes for me, but are equally important in my toolbox. Also interested to see where Proton Wallet goes. I can see it becoming the third solution in my BTC triforce if they really do innovate on the privacy front.
