Anyone from the 90s, remember Chat Rooms? Chat Rooms were awesome, because you HAD to chat and interact to make it fun, otherwise there was no point being there. Modern social media sucks because it's been turned in to a slop consumption machine. People can spend hours on it without needing to contribute anything. The best default "feed" is "latest with replies" - prioritize chatting!

Currently reading: Lonesome Dove by Larry McMurty. Absolutely beautiful book so far. The characters already feel like friends, the world building is vivid. I feel like I'm there.
