[This] - lest you should say on the day of Resurrection, "Indeed, we were of this unaware." 7:173 Al-A'raaf ‎أَوْ تَقُولُوا إِنَّمَا أَشْرَكَ آبَاؤُنَا مِنْ قَبْلُ وَكُنَّا ذُرِّيَّةً مِنْ بَعْدِهِمْ ۖ أَفَتُهْلِكُنَا بِمَا فَعَلَ الْمُبْطِلُونَ Or [lest] you say, "It was only that our fathers associated [others in worship] with Allah before, and we were but descendants after them. Then would You destroy us for what the falsifiers have done?" We have also witnessed our lives before the creation and that explains why we remember people at the moment we meet them or things before they happen or at the moment they happen; the déjà vu or memory clashes. Remember God, you witnessed that he is your creator. God (Allah) exists.

In the following some verses that I heard this morning and I think are suitable for the occasion. 43:46 Az-Zukhruf ‎وَلَقَدْ أَرْسَلْنَا مُوسَىٰ بِآيَاتِنَا إِلَىٰ فِرْعَوْنَ وَمَلَئِهِ فَقَالَ إِنِّي رَسُولُ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ And certainly did We send Moses with Our signs to Pharaoh and his establishment, and he said, "Indeed, I am the messenger of the Lord of the worlds." 43:47 Az-Zukhruf ‎فَلَمَّا جَاءَهُمْ بِآيَاتِنَا إِذَا هُمْ مِنْهَا يَضْحَكُونَ But when he brought them Our signs, at once they laughed at them. 43:48 Az-Zukhruf ‎وَمَا نُرِيهِمْ مِنْ آيَةٍ إِلَّا هِيَ أَكْبَرُ مِنْ أُخْتِهَا ۖ وَأَخَذْنَاهُمْ بِالْعَذَابِ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَرْجِعُونَ And We showed them not a sign except that it was greater than its sister, and We seized them with affliction that perhaps they might return [to faith]. 43:49 Az-Zukhruf ‎وَقَالُوا يَا أَيُّهَ السَّاحِرُ ادْعُ لَنَا رَبَّكَ بِمَا عَهِدَ عِنْدَكَ إِنَّنَا لَمُهْتَدُونَ And they said [to Moses], "O magician, invoke for us your Lord by what He has promised you. Indeed, we will be guided." (Please note that prophet Moses peace be upon him brought signs of God and they had nothing to do with magic and he was not a magician) 43:50 Az-Zukhruf ‎فَلَمَّا كَشَفْنَا عَنْهُمُ الْعَذَابَ إِذَا هُمْ يَنْكُثُونَ But when We removed from them the affliction, at once they broke their word. 43:51 Az-Zukhruf ‎وَنَادَىٰ فِرْعَوْنُ فِي قَوْمِهِ قَالَ يَا قَوْمِ أَلَيْسَ لِي مُلْكُ مِصْرَ وَهَٰذِهِ الْأَنْهَارُ تَجْرِي مِنْ تَحْتِي ۖ أَفَلَا تُبْصِرُونَ And Pharaoh called out among his people; he said, "O my people, does not the kingdom of Egypt belong to me, and these rivers flowing beneath me; then do you not see? 43:52 Az-Zukhruf ‎أَمْ أَنَا خَيْرٌ مِنْ هَٰذَا الَّذِي هُوَ مَهِينٌ وَلَا يَكَادُ يُبِينُ Or am I [not] better than this one who is insignificant and hardly makes himself clear? 43:53 Az-Zukhruf ‎فَلَوْلَا أُلْقِيَ عَلَيْهِ أَسْوِرَةٌ مِنْ ذَهَبٍ أَوْ جَاءَ مَعَهُ الْمَلَائِكَةُ مُقْتَرِنِينَ Then why have there not been placed upon him bracelets of gold or come with him the angels in conjunction?" 43:54 Az-Zukhruf ‎فَاسْتَخَفَّ قَوْمَهُ فَأَطَاعُوهُ ۚ إِنَّهُمْ كَانُوا قَوْمًا فَاسِقِينَ So he bluffed his people, and they obeyed him. Indeed, they were [themselves] a people defiantly disobedient [of Allah]. 43:55 Az-Zukhruf ‎فَلَمَّا آسَفُونَا انْتَقَمْنَا مِنْهُمْ فَأَغْرَقْنَاهُمْ أَجْمَعِينَ And when they angered Us, We took retribution from them and drowned them all. 43:56 Az-Zukhruf ‎فَجَعَلْنَاهُمْ سَلَفًا وَمَثَلًا لِلْآخِرِينَ And We made them a precedent and an example for the later peoples.

Wherever he directs him, he brings no good. Is he equal to one who commands justice, while he is on a straight path?
