We have entered a new energy arms race where AI, Bitcoin mining, and geopolitics collide to fuel the greatest buildout of power infrastructure in history. It's the Golden Age of energy production: - The capital being funneled into datacenters will be a boon to energy abundance. More nuclear will be built (geopolitical pressures are reversing the pendulum swing). Drill baby drill for oil: regulations will become more favourable for fossil. - Bitcoin miners walked so AI could run (by building out sites over the last 5 years). - Infrastructure remains a challenge wrt bottlenecks in permitting, transmission, and construction will limit how fast it can actually be built. AI is coming for our jobs and our energy: - AI is power-hungry and well capitalized. It's outcompeting miners for energy sites, miners are diverting infrastructure to AI, & more mining power contracts will be broken. - AI hyperscalers are the new energy barons. AI demand will drive more new energy capacity over the next 5 years than most traditional sectors did in the last 3 decades. Bitcoin Mining is the pioneer species accelerating energy abundance: - Miners will move to the edges (geographically and wrt energy sources). - Full stack miners with integrated energy are better positioned in developed countries. - Miners will build out and shore up infrastructure in developing countries, like they pioneered sites here for AI.

If you were here for uncensorable freedom money, that hasn't changed. What has changed is the geopolitics, gov monetary/fiscal activities, and restrictions on freedoms to transact privately. CBDCs are coming. Money with expiry dates and ON/OFF switches. The noose is tightening on cash transactions, and governments have plans to eventually phase them out. Your every transaction, purchase, and counterparty will become that much easier to track. Privacy is under attack. Surveillance is growing. Social credit scores exist. Everything is smart tech. Cameras are everywhere. Our devices are always listening. Our banks, tech giants, and governments have agreements to share all our data, and you need to sign their 20-page aggrements to use their services. Governments are printing money. Inflation and unaffordability are rising. Everyone needs to protect their savings. Governments are deeply indebted and spending recklessly. They will need to raise taxes, and some have proposed unrealized capital gains taxes. They'll start with wealth taxes, but the debt will grow. Bank and governments have set precedents on bail ins and hair cuts. They will do it again. There are still pockets of the world that are left out of the global economy. They cannot get back accounts, or their banks don't transact across borders, or they're cut off from SWIFT. The pendulum is now swinging away from globalism. Bitcoin is your protection against CBDCs, inflation and money printing, attacks on our freedoms to transact globally, attacks on privacy, and confiscation of our savings. It's not enterprise blockchains or the "next Bitcoin" (there is no next bitcoin) that will protect you. Every rational actor wants wants Bitcoin when they put in the work to grok it, and this realization will permeate throughout our society, even to those you disagree with. The pot temperature is getting hotter, so why would you jump in now? Because you dont like that bankers and corporations are now sitting with you on the pot edge? Don't cut off your nose to spite your face. Don't let critics shake your foundation. Bitcoin is hope. The exit hatch. Buy Bitcoin. Hold Bitcoin. Protect yourself. Protect your family and your legacy across generations.
