The Entire IPC came into being during British Rule.. . Mostly about order, but it cannot be denied that it was set to limit assemblies of more than 5 people. 5 people is not a mob, especially if the group has an aged member, a young enthusiastic chap, a servant -docile follower, or a woman. But under Section 149 IPC it can form an unlawful assembly,- the whole logic is super-flawed. Second part reads- every person can be held responsible as they should know what the rest of the assembly is capable of. Mostly these mobs have people with little reasoning abilities, that limit their comprehensive understanding of the situation at hand. Even scientists genius mathematicians are at times unaware of the results --- then how can we pin vicarious liability to these plain folks? In new Code such irresponsible laws, that were once used to curb freedom movement should be repealed and new laws should be added. With advent of technology it is not tough to guess a person' personal capacity to commit a crime.

My entire schedule and life is messed up due to one douchebag who can't act right. I have no Idea how am I this calm. I suppose this is what starts the wars-- the irregular irresponsible irrational irritating erratic behaviour of one person and God knows how he has the command.

One recognises their military, takes responsibility for their actions, for who among us can truly decide on evil with precision, thus we count only the dead. While the other has a barely there formal structure as defence, and highly equipped unruly collectibles, with modern equipment and knowledge that surprise even the Ivy League. Then how do we deal with such States? Do they deserve aid? Do they need support? And are we not extending a war by meek support and soft humanitarian gestures?

Everyone is disgusted by acts of terror, they being condemned by States they originate from. Certain unruly organisations claim to achieve impossible but desirable goals for the State they pledge their allegiance to. Then where do we draw the line as to who deserves aid and refuge? Peace and tranquility return after a formal rigid system has been established in these loosely organized States. What steps have been taken in this direction? These States, that have now clearly become incubation ground for violence and belligerent movements of 'liberation and freedom', done anything to co-operate with any international agency to expose and eradicate these outfits? Is there even a trail of some shreds of paper? Before we decide on whether war is required or inevitable we need to dig into conscience of few.

The outrage andbpublic disgust around certain cases limits due process of law and at times hampers the course of justice.

Oceans are always active, discreet, secretive, yet they calm your soul in minutes. So what are we looking for? Something that makes us curious or scared or perhaps it is the only thing that matches our waves/aura? Thus we are calm when we see our synonym.

Google is more intrusive than Governments. It gives away information about you even if it's a part of a trivial document. Having a private life is about safety and freedom. Keeping your degrees, address, opinions secret or private is a choice which comes under freedom. Are you truly free if you cannot decide what goes public or not?

Nothing is about law- it is all about the judge and evidence. Law is required only to pass the bar exam.

Every case is about evidence not the law.
