What is the plan to get more users on nostr beyond the btc community?

What are your thoughts about replacing xmpp based chat platforms with nostr. How do the two protocols stack up? I am leaning towards nostr ATM. Thanks.

I have seen a few notes on reputation management on #nostr. Are there any projects working on this and how would it work? Would it be karma system or something with teeth that includes a monetary element? Also reputation seems to be a combination of behavior (character to a degree) and capability (what you have done and or verifiable skills for example). To name a few dimensions. My team is working on a reputation system for a gaming forum platform which could be enabled or expanded by incorporating #nostr. I am curious about projects oriented towards solid reputation systems to see what we can learn or participate in developing. As an aside we are also working on behavior incentive systems which dont seek to censor but rather promote helpful contributions to discourse while reducing spamming and toxic behaviors. The app we are developing is Gilder.io and its being initially released on the Sui Network but we want to expand its reach and relevance. We would love to work with #nostr #devs who are interested in this topic area and or more broadly in #gaming community development. The latter can be a place where toxicity can u-boat a game and or a company. Thanks! Thanks!

Is there a watering hole where nostr devs can be found apart from clearly on nostr itself? Like a jobs board or directory?

Trying out Damus. Looks slick. Is there a plan for an Android version?

Noobie here. Like the protocol thus far. Are there any directories of relays I should check out. Apart from what most nostr clients offer up?
