I’ve been on creatine and electrolytes for a month now, and I might have to stop. Tonight I had a strange bodily reaction I think, shakes/chills, light headed, tight chest, shortness of breathe. Any input appreciated. Could be an electrolyte imbalance? #health #fitness #creatine
