No matter how good you are at what you do - if people don't know you exist and that you're not only great at what you do, but also an amazing person to work with - they won't feel inspired to add you to their team. Reputation is key in Bitcoin. Reputation is signal. Sending cv's is the hard way to get hired. Sending signal is the smart way. The clearer your signal, the more visible and findable you'll be. Bitcoin startups prefer reputation based hiringt through their networks, before they resort to cv based hiring. So becoming intentional about the reputation you're creating is very very important. This week we're starting with the prompt below. Not just Italians. #BitcoinPizzaDay is coming up in 6 weeks and I made this sticker for the @BitcoinFilmFest in Warsaw, where I will lead a small “₿-Social” connection session, so you can meet as many Bitcoiners as fast as possible, and spend the rest of the weekend amongst new plebeian friends.
