This is INSANE. Canada imported 36.5% of its population in the last 10 years. And that's just what they tracked. They didn't provide the numbers for those that entered illegally because they have no idea. To put this into perspective, 5% would be huge. 10% would be a crisis. 36% is like an atomic bomb going off in every major city. No country on earth - not even the United States - has the infrastructure necessary to successfully integrate this many people in such a short amount of time.
