Many including us still have negative return on nearly everything purchased in 2021-2022. The 50 'test' S19JPro's we put in the Farm were an average price of $11,500 each. Those have not ROI'd, part of the risk of buying at a parabolic top. Our follow on purchase with the 1400 units for the 5MW site however averaged $1050 each in December of 2022 resulted in 2023 ROI'd by November 2023 and are still running strong.
Timing of the market is critical and having 0.041-0.045 all in power makes it competitive. Hosted/Co-Hosting though always will have a disadvantage due to the increase of ops/power cost ; mining is a tier 1 operation, going tier 2, or 3 does not survive as much during bear markets.
