A man with a dog was detained, and as a result of the fight, his head was struck with a pistol. The dictatorship in Ukraine has recently reached a new level of genocide against the people. A wave of very brutal photos/videos spread across various local Telegram channels, showing Territorial Center of Recruitment and police officers mocking those they catch and who cannot pay to buy their way out of death. According to the woman, on February 9, the man was detained on Alekseevskaya Square: they sprayed gas in his eyes, beat him, dragged him into a bus, took him to the military registration office, and kicked him. When he refused to sign the documents, a certain Dmitry hit him on the head with a pistol, causing severe bleeding. The victim was taken to the regional hospital, where he underwent surgery. Territorial Center of Recruitment employees tried to take him back, but the doctors prevented them. To prevent him from leaving, they took his dog and kept it on their premises, covered in blood. Relatives found the man in the hospital on the morning of February 10, when the Territorial Center of Recruitment came back without the animal. The Odessa's Territorial Center of Recruitment has issued a statement regarding the incident, claiming that the man deliberately inflicted bodily harm on himself. #ukraine #zelenskyy

Those who complain that Nostr is only for Bitcoin sectarians do not understand the philosophy of Nostr.

The latest Telegram update for Android looks like woke-iOS-commie-slop. I know that Westerners don't like Telegram, but they use Discord... If you are from a CIS country, you can't avoid using Telegram.

I recently onboarded a new merchant to Monero: a small cafe with delicious food and coffee. Of course, the owner had heard of Bitcoin and so on. And I thought he would offer me to pay with BTC... ๐Ÿ˜’ He asked me, "How is XMR different from BTC?" 1) Privacy by default 2) Cheap on-chain transactions Then he asked, "Where can I sell XMR later?" I replied: 1) because regulators are constantly fighting Monero, they are removing it from centralized exchanges to make it as difficult as possible for ordinary (non-tech) people to obtain XMR, and that people use XMR as a digital currency to purchase goods/services, and showed him XMRbazaar.com and Monerica.com; 2) if you sell XMR on centralized exchanges, you lose all of XMR's magic (default privacy); Now I pay for voluntary humanitarian activities with mathematical money. ๐Ÿ˜Œ P.S. I onboard merchants purely for selfish reasons. If you want "mAsS ADoPtioN", do it yourself.

I'm not a fan of either BTC or BCH. The dude says go read "Hijacking Bitcoin" counting on the fact that you won't. The guy couldn't say anything meaningful except his hatred for Roger Ver. Blockstream / Bitcoin Core / John Dillion / Peter Todd (aka Fedboy), etc. But I like the attempts from BTC community to clear Adam Back and Blockstream / Bitcoin Core of any ties to Epstein. https://xcancel.com/francispouliot_/status/2020159584896180253

How differently the book "Hijacking Bitcoin" reads now, after Blockstream/Bitcoin Core's ties to Epstein... ๐Ÿ˜Œ I have never owned BCH and do not intend to. Monero covers 99% of my needs for paying for goods/services.

๐Ÿšจ ALERT โš ๏ธ This individual has been influenced by the propaganda of shitcoiners and does not believe that Bitcoin is a store of value. Furthermore, they have been influenced by the even more sophisticated propaganda of the Monero community and claim that if a store accepts BTC and XMR for payment, Monero always surpasses Bitcoin in terms of the number of payments! This is a lie! I would advise: 1) reading "The Bitcoin Standard" before bed; 2) listening to Saylor's speeches about Bitcoin; 3) listening to Jimmy Song, Tony Vays, and Giacomo Zucco, who are honest people and won't lie that Monero = shitcoin. If you have any other advice, please let's help this person find the right path, because Bitcoin = store of value = digital gold. View quoted note โ†’

Received an update for my favorite wallet - "Unstoppable Wallet". { which is FOSS } They improved Monero UX, added some DEXs and added some minor improvements here and there. Feels great. Everything feels fast, pleasant, and in its place. ๐Ÿ‘Š๐Ÿป

I also like how public figures in the Bitcoin community focus their arguments solely on Bitcoin's open source code, without mentioning the philosophical aspect. If your memory is slightly better than that of a goldfish, and you were part of the community back then, you must remember when the narrative emerged: Bitcoin is "digital gold", buy, hold and don't spend/sell. I listened to the interview while making dinner, about how some folks in the BTC community are trying to clean up Blockstream / Bitcoin Core from uncle Epstein's dirty money. Honestly, it didn't sound convincing. Simon Dixon talks about how decentralized Bitcoin is, and a couple of minutes later he talks about how Adam Back decided to bring all the most advanced developers under one roof (Blockstream) + how some of Bitcoin Core received money from the MIT Digital Currency Initiative (which also received money from uncle Epstein). In other words, uncle Jeffrey sponsored both sides (Blockstream + MIT DCI) that were directly working on Bitcoin. Yeah, that really smells like decentralization. Also, I don't understand why there is so much negativity towards Tether (USDT), which successfully pumped the price of BTC to 120k... A nice thing is that BTC fans are just as fed up with the "privacy coin psyop." ๐Ÿ˜Œ And finally, the standard mantra of "everyone should put their energy into Bitcoin" began. But this was especially funny: "So if you want to discredit Bitcoin, then fine. But understand, you're supporting things that are doing a lot worse. But the solution is not another altcoin." But I'm not complaining. I'm not one of those who wants to "save Bitcoin", da boyz are fine. I don't care about BTC for ~10 years.

No matter how happy a Bitcoin degenerate may be, it still doesn't change the fact that Monero is digital cash that doesn't need institutional investors and governments to pump up its price. ๐Ÿ˜Œ View quoted note โ†’
