...... & another thing that pissed me off today in the music world.... Warner Music (who now controls David Bowie's catalog) can suffer a debilitating knee injury for allowing "Rebel, Rebel" to be used in the latest Bro-Country bullshit boot-scoot boondoggle of a song, "Young Love & Saturday Nights," by Chris Young. FM! As if that theme was worn down enough, they used the riff and melody from Bowie's classic. I'm sure proper writing credit was given, but it's another example of how today's MALE COUNTRY ARTISTS are lazy AF. Only the women are pushing the genre forward. As a lover of Bowie's work and vision, he would have probably said yes if he was still alive, but the laziness displayed by this "artist" fucking pisses me off. Oye. What a tool.
