Interesting looking at 2025 Fear and Greed Index. Extreme fear has hit twice this year and yet no extreme greed. It looks neutral to bearish from this angle. Perhaps 2026 will be the more bullish year. What about the 4 year cycle. Does it hold true? image

BTC is going to be the backbone of the emerging digital economy. It’s just that 99% of people don’t know this yet.

There’s a theme. Money is cheap, inflation is sticky, banks are printing dollars, debt is expanding and Trump is saying BTC is the future of money. You can see where this is going.

If we are talking about renaming Sats why not use Bits? Bits as a small part of a Bitcoin makes sense and for those uneducated on the legacy Satoshi left us it might make more sense for them to understand. 100 million small bits of a Bitcoin.

Found this on coinmarketcap. I like it. “You work. You get taxed. You buy something. You get taxed. You own something. You get taxed again.” It’s the loop of quiet control — a system designed to keep you compliant while the government spends your money on causes you never consented to. Every paycheck, every purchase, every property — siphoned through layers of bureaucracy. And what’s left? A fraction of what you earned, traded for a false sense of freedom. Musk’s point cuts deep: The problem isn’t just taxation — it’s how it’s weaponized. To fund endless wars. To bankroll wasteful projects. To grow a government that lives off your labor while pretending to “serve” you. It’s not public service anymore. It’s public extraction. Time to break the loop.

If you are a Bitcoiner and you haven’t heard of Ayn Rand or read Anthem, The Foutainhead or Atlas Shrugged (in that order) then you have some homework. Ayn Rand (1905–1982) was a Russian-American novelist, philosopher, and political thinker best known for developing a philosophy she called Objectivism, which celebrates reason, individualism, and free-market capitalism. Having fled Soviet Russia, she became a fierce critic of collectivism and any system that, in her view, sacrificed the individual to the group. Rand believed that human happiness and progress come from rational self-interest—that each person’s highest moral purpose is the pursuit of their own productive achievement. Her two major novels, The Fountainhead (1943) and Atlas Shrugged (1957), dramatize these ideas through heroic protagonists who refuse to compromise their creative integrity or independence. The core theme across her work is that the individual mind is the source of all wealth and morality, and that a society thrives only when it respects freedom, merit, and the right to think for oneself.

My friend is up to his eyeballs in debt for a house and an investment property the bank owns on his behalf. He is so stressed and can’t see a way out. There is a way. Bitcoin. He just can’t allow himself to admit that it’s a better and freer path so he clings to his pain and holds fast to the debt as it holds him in its vice like grip.

The only thing that helps me with negative emotions is actions toward a resolution of the source of the problem. That might involve just talking it through. All I know is that thinking about it over and over never helps.

Testosterone and the Modern Man (40+) Testosterone drives a man’s strength, vitality, virility, mood, and focus. From around 35 onwards, it naturally declines by roughly 1% per year. That can mean slower recovery, reduced drive, lower libido, and less energy. The good news is you have options. 1. The Natural Path Optimise sleep, resistance training, sunlight, nutrition, and stress management. Nutrients like zinc, magnesium, vitamin D3 and boron support healthy testosterone production, and compounds such as Tongkat Ali and Ashwagandha can give a mild lift. Pros: Safe, sustainable, keeps your natural hormone system functioning. Cons: Gains may be modest if you’re already in good condition. 2. TRT (Testosterone Replacement Therapy) A medically supervised approach that restores testosterone to youthful, healthy levels. Pros: Reliable improvement in energy, mood, libido, and muscle mass. Cons: Suppresses your body’s natural testosterone production and is often a lifelong commitment. 3. Anabolic Steroid Cycles Short-term use of higher-dose synthetic testosterone or derivatives aimed at rapid muscle or performance gains. Pros: Dramatic results in muscle size and strength. Cons: Higher risk of side effects and long-term hormonal suppression. Ultimately, the right path depends on your goals, health status, and values. For some men, lifestyle optimisation is enough. For others, medical support provides a powerful edge. The key is to understand your biology, make informed choices, and align your training, recovery, and lifestyle with the man you want to be. #wellbeing # getstrong
