Bitcoin as a protocol, network, and software did not fail this week.
A small part of its ecosystem around it did.
A widely trusted leader (person), team, and hardware wallet solution failed in basic crypto.
It was tragic. I sympathize deeply with those who devastatingly have lost, or will lose, their Bitcoin stacks.
