Good morning!

Using my Merlin Bird ID app this morning, we were able to identify: Great Blue Heron, American Goldfinch, Cape May Warbler, Downy Woodpecker, Eastern Screech Owl, Indigo Bunting, Crows, Blue Jays, Cardinals, and a Carolina Wren, not to mention the Canadian Goose on the other side of my hill. #birds #birdwatching

I suppose I'm now part of the Qi Gong class I joined yesterday. I was on my way home from my run when they called me over, and I joined them for the second half of the class. I really like it!

Cats. I got home and couldn’t find Boo. I looked everywhere. I was calling him and calling him. I looked in every nook and cranny. Then, I turned around, and he was sitting right behind me, staring at me. I have no idea where he hid, but I swear he was smirking…..

I have decided to open my Heart and Soul, and hope there will no Total Eclipse of the Heart. If that were to happen, I may be forced to Unbreak my Heart yet again, and then Harden My Heart.

Went to an outdoor jazz concert last night. I dragged my friend, Mark, even though he's not a fan of jazz, but even he was blown away by the talent. For me, jazz was an acquired taste, and he seems to be gaining an appreciation the more he's exposed to it.
