Day 14 of my 21-day water fast almost coming to a close, I’ll have just a week to go. The first week is really the hardest, after that it becomes normal.
Nevertheless, what really drove me to make this post was the fact that 2 Ukrainian pilots are currently being trained to fly F-16s, which is quite the escalation from my point of view; here’s what Max Afterburner, an air-force fighter-jet-pilot has to say about it:

Day 10 of a 21-day water fast, feeling great and thought I’d share the conclusion in the abstract of a pertinent peer reviewed research article, as well as include a link for the study for those who cared to read it:
“The results from 1422 subjects showed for the first time that Buchinger periodic fasting lasting from 4 to 21 days is safe and well tolerated. It led to enhancement of emotional and physical well-being and improvements in relevant cardiovascular and general risk factors, as well as subjective health complaints.” Toledo 2019.
That was the conclusion in the abstract of the study I posted yesterday, which I will post again: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6314618/
On day 9 of an this year’s extended water fast (8.5 days/21), feeling awesome with 86 g/dl blood glucose (meaning gluconeogenisis, a process where the liver uses fat stores to creat glucose, is well underway) and I figured I’d share this study from Toledo-2019:
