Maybe this is a controversial take but I think the conversation around bitcoin should be super simple. It works, and it is a scarce asset that you can access anywhere in the world that cannot be debased. The infinite discourse that follows this doesn’t make any sense to me. You can argue nuance till the cows come home but the fact of the matter is it couldn’t be any simpler. Regular people don’t have time and don’t want to research for hours on end about money. No one had to research the properties of gold to know it was valuable. All you have to know with bitcoin is the supply cannot be increased. Why drown the world in noise? It’s not speculating or investing. It’s exactly what money should be.
