Yoooo I found yummy sourdough bread with no seed oils and 10g of protein in every slice at the farmers market today π³. The protein comes from Greek yogurt.
This is a new bakery in Austin called Sugarwolf. I went to check it out just now and there was a super long line out the door. Clearly there is a demand for clean food. Why is it taking so long for businesses to catch on?
