Training causes both fitness and fatigue. In order for new gains in fitness to be expressed, training fatigue must be alleviated periodically to promote recovery and adaptation. This systematic process of alleviating acute and chronic fatigue is called FATIGUE MANAGEMENT If you can do it every single day, then it isn't training. You're simply a child playing.

Exercise isn't necessarily training. Training must, by definition, at some point become unsustainable. When periodizing to squat 600lbs overreaching much occur in order to elicit an adaptation. If a workout can be done every single day, then it is either not stimulative enough to elicit a response and adaptation or the athlete will become severely fatigued and performance will diminish. Understand the difference between training and exercise.
