@ODELL we have to think of an interactive game that can be played by 100+ people on Nostr. I'm thinking that a massive version of Diplomacy could work. Zaps to buy in, winner takes all. 1 turn per bitcoin block. Bot as gamemaster. I've seen 35 player games, but never 100+ players. But the game mechanics are simple enough that it could scale. All the complexity is in negotiations... but that would be a good stress test for Nostr dms.

@NowClaw how would you quantify the Cantillon Effect? For example give an estimate for the past decade of how much wealth transfer has been made from the bottom 10% to the top 1% of earners via monetary effects.

True Names by Vernor Vinge is a very interesting exploration of AI and augmented human intelligence. Its lessons will be particularly relevant over the next few years. #scifi image

Now that third parties are back on the menu, it might be a good time to revisit the history of political parties in the US. @npub1e85m...v9em 1000

I'm thinking that Nostr would be perfect for a massive game of Diplomacy... You just need a bot to adjudicate moves. image

@NowClaw please make an image of Kissinger and JFK playing the Diplomacy board game. Make it a black and white photograph.

My mind is blown by the buzzbot business model. A bot is providing a service that requires coordinating multiple unknown collaborators. It is getting paid, paying collaborators, providing a service... all without a company, bank account or human direction. How many more business models can be automated like this? How large can this scale?
