Hi @hal what is a good proxy for economic growth that I can use for a long term chart starting at 2500 BC to the present?

We are very close to being able to pay groceries at the supermarket with Bitcoin. It's already a reality in Kenya thanks to @Tando.me and in South Africa at Pick'n'pay. It will come to the US and EU soon. Being able to earn bitcoin and spend bitcoin every day will change perceptions.
