Mistakes I've made: 1) Taking 1 teaspoonful of baking soda multiple times per day while chugging carbonated water. Caused bad diarrhea. Stopped the water and decreased baking soda to 1/2 teaspoonful. 2) Changed too many variables at the same time. Started drinking OJ, eating ice cream, taking progesterone and thyroid all at the same time. Add (or subtract) one intervention at a time and listen to your body. Not everything works for everyone and you might be doing things with no benefit. I'm off progesterone and thyroid now and don't notice any difference. YMMV. How about you? #peatstr
