The problem with a physical (postal) remailer service is that there's no way to prove that the final (recipient's) address is not retained. You have to trust the operator.
What about a dead drop forwarding service? No final address needed. Your package is hidden in a bush or taped to the underside of a table in a public park and the coordinates +/- instructions are sent to you.
The only downside is that the service needs operatives near the recipient, so when starting out it will likely service a limited area.
Operatives would be paid a modest amount of KYC free sats per package, could even be a "gig" like Uber or DoorDash.
Target market is people who occasionally receive packages who would rather pay a one time fee vs opening their own PO box, and people who want more privacy than a PO box provides (typically opening a PO box requires doxxing yourself).
Anyone living in a dense population center interested dead dropping packages? How many sats per package would make it worth your while?
Alternatively, does this service sound appealing to use as an end user? Bonus is while you might just be ordering a t shirt with a bitcoin meme on it, you get to feel like a super spy!
