Morning sunlight isn’t just for vitamin D, it sets your circadian rhythm, boosts serotonin, and regulates melatonin. No supplement can replace that.
Testosterone is produced when you hit REM sleep.
How to get REM sleep every night?
•stick to a constant sleep schedule- go to bed & wake up at the same time everyday
•get morning sunlight-helps regulate your circadian rhythm
•limit blue light exposure-avoid screens at least an hour before bed, and wear blue light blocking glasses
•limit caffeine & alcohol- especially in the afternoon & evening
•early physical activity- engage in daily exercise earlier in the day.
•keep your bedroom cool & dark- ideal temp is around 65 degrees
•eat a whole foods diet-prioritize eating protein & healthy fats
•try herbal teas- chamomile, valerian root & passionflower can aid sleep
•optimize magnesium intake- supports relaxation & deep sleep
*Your brain also detoxes during REM sleep. REM is crucial for memory consolidation, emotional processing & brain restoration.

Private property rights aren’t just important—they’re the foundation of a free and thriving society.
Almost every major problem today stems from the state trampling property rights. When the government interferes—whether through taxes, regulations, or outright theft—it strips individuals of control over what’s rightfully theirs.
A truly free society means you own what’s yours, and you protect it by any means necessary—without the state telling you otherwise. If someone violates your property, there should be no recourse against you for defending it.
When property rights are upheld, markets flourish, wealth is created, and people are free to live without coercion. When they’re violated, you get economic destruction, dependency, and a ruling class that dictates what you can and can’t do with your own land, labor, and life.
Government is the greatest threat to private property. The solution? Get out of the way.
The Toxic Truth About Mainstream Lotions (Plus a Hidden Surprise for Those Who Read It All!)
😯 It’s shocking how many people still trust Big Skincare brands, lured in by claims of being “natural” & “hydrating”. With more people waking up to the power of tallow-based skincare, it’s time to take a closer look at what’s really inside these corporate formulations
Spoiler: These ingredients aren’t helping your skin—they’re actively harming it while padding Big Skincare’s bottom line
💡 Keep reading—there’s a hidden Easter egg somewhere in this post!
What’s Hiding in This “Nameless” Mainstream Brand’s Lotion?
1️⃣ Avena Sativa (Oat) Kernel Flour
•Marketed as “soothing,” yet can actually trigger irritation in sensitive skin & disrupt the skin barrier
•Contains plant-based compounds that may interfere with hormonal balance, acting as an endocrine disruptor
2️⃣ Water
•The #1 ingredient, yet it evaporates quickly, leaving your skin drier than before
•A cheap filler that dilutes active ingredients—you’re paying for mostly water
3️⃣ Glycerin (From Vegetable Oils)
•Oxidizes on the skin, creating free radicals that accelerate aging instead of preventing it
•May disrupt natural lipid balance, affecting hormonal function
•❌ SEED OILS☠️ Need I say more?
4️⃣ Petrolatum
•A petroleum byproduct that clogs pores & traps toxins under the skin
•Mimics hormones in the body, potentially acting as an endocrine disruptor
5️⃣ Isopropyl Palmitate
•Strips your skin’s natural protective oils, leaving it even drier & more vulnerable
•Its synthetic composition may interfere with hormone regulation
6️⃣ Distearyldimonium Chloride
•A synthetic emulsifier that can cause skin irritation & disrupt moisture balance
•Linked to hormonal interference
7️⃣ Cetyl Alcohol
•Often derived from highly processed vegetable oils, which can contribute to oxidative stress & inflammation
•Another potential endocrine disruptor due to synthetic processing
8️⃣ Benzyl Alcohol
•Commonly used as a preservative, but instead of hydrating, it dries out & irritates skin
•Can interfere with hormonal signaling in the body
9️⃣ Sodium Chloride (Table Salt)
•Cheap filler that disrupts the skin’s natural hydration levels, leading to dryness
•Could interfere with electrolyte balance, indirectly impacting hormones
🔟 Dimethicone
•A synthetic silicone that forms a fake “smoothing” layer but traps dirt, oil & bacteria, leading to breakouts
•May disrupt the body’s ability to regulate natural oils & hormones
The Truth About Big Skincare
Corporations like these don’t create products for your health—they create them for profit. They rely on cheap, synthetic fillers, petroleum byproducts & plant-based irritants that can inflame your skin, disrupt your hormones & keep you locked in a cycle of dependency
How We’re Different
💯 No fillers. No toxins. No endocrine disruptors
💪 Only real, skin-nourishing ingredients that work with your body—not against it
✨ Our products are powered by tallow, the most bioavailable moisturizer for human skin, packed with essential fatty acids, vitamins & nutrients. Unlike corporate lotions that dehydrate & inflame, tallow mimics your skin’s natural oils, heals damage & supports long-term skin health—all without synthetic junk
🚫 No petroleum byproducts. No hormone disruptors. No fake hydration
✅ Just real, powerful, nature-made skincare

And if you’ve read this far, maybe you deserve a little extra. After all, making informed choices should come with a reward. Think of it as your skin’s way of thanking you

While @DOGE is cracking down on waste, fraud, and abuse, I think they should take a look into disability reform.
Right now, the system incentivizes stagnation over recovery—because the moment someone improves, they risk losing their benefits. Instead of working to regain independence, they’re trapped in a cycle where staying “disabled” & mooching off of taxpayers’ labor is the safer financial choice.
Every person who takes this route isn’t just a lost worker—it’s another weight on productive society. Instead of contributing, they’re subsidized to do nothing, reinforcing dependence on the state rather than self-sufficiency.
Harsh reality: government handouts don’t empower people—they weaken them. When incentives are skewed, human nature follows. If welfare trains people to stay out of the workforce, that’s exactly what they’ll do.
Reform should reward recovery, not permanent dependence. If someone is physically capable of contributing in any way, the system should encourage them to do so—whether through modified work, private sector assistance, or innovative job programs.
At the end of the day, a society that prioritizes value creation over victimhood thrives. And we should all want that
I’d love to see DOGE & the Trump administration take serious steps toward phasing out government welfare. Some might see this as harsh, but I’d urge you to read Murray Rothbard—he breaks it down far better than I can
Welfare, at its core, disincentivizes productivity, fosters government dependence, and places an unfair load on taxpayers. It creates perverse incentives—rewarding joblessness, subsidizing larger families for bigger payouts, and perpetuating generational dependency rather than self-sufficiency
This isn’t to say welfare should be abolished overnight, but reform is necessary to eventually transition away from state-mandated wealth redistribution. In a truly free market, private charities and businesses would compete to provide assistance, offering aid in exchange for labor or services suited to each individual’s ability
For those who are physically unable to work, there are countless ways to contribute mentally, strategically, or creatively. No system should reward idleness at the expense of productive members of society
At the end of the day, there’s no such thing as a free lunch. Welfare doesn’t uplift—it erodes personal responsibility, stifles economic growth, and traps people in a cycle of dependency. A system that rewards value creation, not victimhood, is the only path to real progress

If you walk down the Valentine’s Day candy aisle in a grocery story, you will not find a single product that doesn’t contain seed oils, corn syrup, or other synthetic ingredients made in a lab.
That’s a promise.
I love coffee. But had to give it up recently. I’ve become so sensitive to caffeine it’s so upsetting. I get racing heart, hard time breathing, sweating & skin breakouts.
I’m thinking to cut it out for 30 days and try to add it back in here and there.
Has anyone else had this issue?
I spent 5 hours yesterday with my mom, flipping through old pictures of us growing up. Every photo held a story, a memory, a little piece of time frozen forever.
It was one of those rare, heartwarming days, filled with laughter, love, and the kind of nostalgia that makes you appreciate just how precious every moment truly is.
I’m so grateful she captured it all.
