After 14 years of smoking weed, I’ve now been clean for a week. It’s not really a problem during the day, but the nights have been awful—I wake up 6–7 times a night. Last night was the first time I was able to sleep through the night without waking up multiple times, drenched in sweat. The last addiction I want to get rid of this year is nicotine pouches. I want to live my life without being controlled by any kind of addiction.

That was quite a special walk with the dog—there’s a steam locomotive that runs along the path where we go for walks. It passed us by, and then a fire broke out. Luckily, there was a house nearby with a watering can, so I was able to put the fire out. 🔥🔥

I stopped drinking coffee yesterday and have been drinking tea instead. I don't know why, but for the past few days, I've been getting a headache almost immediately after drinking coffee.
