The Happiness Problem. Professor Jiang inspired me to write this in a time I admit I feel a little lost personally while also watching and participating in all those community debates in #Bitcoin. For most of human history, happiness was not an individual achievement. It was collective. If your community was not well, you could not be well. Wealth was shared, not hoarded. A feast, a contribution, a redistribution. Your reputation among your people was your real currency. Exile was the worst punishment because removing you from the group was effectively killing you. Then a system was built on a single idea: one God, one truth, one authority. That idea did not stay religious. It became structural. One God became one money, a universal abstract token replacing relational wealth. One God became one self, the individual as a self-contained unit accountable to abstract authority, not to your people. One God became one state, a territorial power demanding obedience from standardized units it calls citizens. This system told you that your success and failure are your own. That if you are miserable, something is wrong with you. Your habits, your mindset, your discipline. Never the structure. Never the isolation. Never the fact that every relationship around you has been converted into a transaction. This produces a person who grinds, hoards, tracks price targets, secures cold wallets, and sits alone. Who believes that the right number on a screen will finally deliver freedom. It will not. It will only deliver a more private version of the same exile. Bitcoin culture became what the system designed: individuals hoarding abstract value, waiting for number go up, treating sovereignty as a personal portfolio metric. #Monero culture is different. Not because the tech is better, though it is, but because Monero forces a question Bitcoin does not: who are you transacting with, and why? Monero's circular economy is inherently relational. You cannot use it alone in any meaningful way. You need someone to pay, someone to receive, someone to trust without a public ledger doing the trusting for you. Monero does not just hide money. It restores the need for community. A sovereign coin in a cold wallet held by a person with no community is just a more efficient version of the same isolation the system designed for you. The system does not care if your money is private. It cares that you are alone. Happiness does not arrive at a price target. It arrives when two or three people who think alike and start building something together. Not a transaction. Not a shared node. A shared structure. A feast. That is the original currency. That is what was taken and what can be rebuilt. Not by waiting for the next bull run, but by recognizing that the real fix is already available, right here, right now, among the people already in the room.

Yo fellow money lovers, Some market fundamentals from me related to our beloved sovereign and lately somewhat sovereign money. Let's get it clear first: Monero is uncorrelated mostly but suppressed heavily. Bitcoin is now pseudo sovereign, nevertheless systemically important for the blockchain transition and the biggest indicator of liquidity in the system. Gold is similarly captured but the most important asset on state-to-state layer. It is largely driven by China's printer with heavy correlation and their capital controls. Silver is complex but brutally needed for electrification. There are two major scenarios in the future market with two similar and more extreme options we may snap get to: 1. Financial repression - even higher probability around the yen unwinding. Japan selling intensifies the need that someone has to be forced to buy the debt via bank deregulation. Buybacks to cap yields spiking from Japan selling that happened this week means sacrificing the dollar. Yields capped + inflation spike = real yields go down (nominal - inflation expectations = real yields) therefore money flocks into sovereigns. What we just saw. 2. Fiscal dominance - nobody buys the debt, gov loses control, has to stay tight, bond selloff = yield spike at long end = yield curve bear steepening = inflation and nominals spike = real yields spike = toxic for bearer assets and credit choke = scramble for usd = flight to cash = sovereigns down. 3. Deflationary flush - smth breaks = margin calls = flight to cash and bonds = yields collapse = wait and buy the btc/xmr/gold. 4. Reflation and liquidity - panic and print - short term falls from print, long term up from inflation expectation, dollar down = btc and nasdaq spike by being liquidity sponges and xmr grinds up. Financial repression is the ultimate end game as authoritarianism is a must to manage capital repatriation, no free market will want negative yielding assets voluntarily to fix the global debt so that's the certain long term path. Tether is in play, Japan follows, EU bound to do it soon. This is the only viable game theory system choice as every other option snap destroys the trust. This is the hidden tax next version after the printer. And for those like me who seek to project and converge on one clearest most probable future, everything converges on authoritarian mass surveillance state with cbdc cashless society enforcing repression with capital controls and closed borders and scarce resources commanding physical economy premium. Capitalism will use communism to not get fked by socialism therefore we either have internet or we don't so go for those four assets as core.
