Changed the provider list to be NIP-89 based, this means anybody can configure zap-stream-core to self-advertise with the "advertise" config and be available for all users to stream with. A long term goal for me was to get to the point where there was a marketplace of streaming providers, it seems like i've finally made it there, but as always there is still so much to do!
