What does ETH do that BTC and lightning can’t?

@Jeff Booth I was just thinking about supply and demand and how we are taught that if the supply of a good is increased the overall demand should decrease which according to the theory would lower prices but they never teach you that the supply of the money would forever increase which would forever keep the demand for the dollar high thus always increasing the costs of goods. Is this something that’s discussed often? It’s all about how much pie you have.

Trump today said two things about the terrible jobs report and I think they are worth commenting on. The first is he says the awful numbers are real and Joe Biden’s fault. Second he said they were faked and fired the person who released the reporter. These cannot be true at the same time. Also he said the economy is booming which we all know is a fucking lie.

If the jobs report makes you look bad fire the jobs reporter…. If the Covid numbers make you look bad stop testing……

The dollar is supposed to represent proof of work. The US monetary system is reliant on “i’ll eventually do the work”. As we all know the work doesn’t always get done so the system is flawed at that point in time that something was given and nothing will be returned.

It’s absolutely wild to me that people can’t see how insane it is to GIVE your money to someone else to “protect” it for you in 2025. I say GIVE for a reason because when you put your money in a bank you’re literally giving your money to someone else and praying they give it back to you someday. The banks definitely steal ALL of your money because they use your money to acquire assets while devaluing your money they are pretending to protect.
