Our 👶 is reaching for our food at every meal. He even starts to cry when he cannot touch it. So I start to prepare meals which he can also try. We want to go BLW with him but I wanted to wait till he is 6 months old. But never mind, yesterday he tried homemade chicken ham and today it was banana. I guess only like 1 gram of food ends in his mouth 😅 But it is so nice to see his enthusiasm and amazement when he taste it. Do you have any recommendations for child friendly meals? So far he tried (more likely put his hands in it) pork rib (only bone 😅), ham, scrambled eggs, baked salmon and banana, banana cookies. I also like to try new recipe and it beginning to be much more fun for me than before. For couple next days I would like to make puding, liver pate, whipped marrow, steak and maybe some veggie pancakes 🤔 #family #realfood

Hello #Nostr friends 👋 Life has been busy lately. With our baby and puppy we need to schedule our time more precisely than before. Now, I can't believe that I was tired before in my life 😅 after getting baby I feel like I know what is like to be exhausted. But getting puppy showed me next level of exhaustion. How our days look like now: My husband is sleeping at couch during night in living room with puppy. ⏰ Getting up around 6 - my husband is going for walk with Black - playing with baby boy in bed - breakfast 🗾 7.45 - 8.30 playing CIV 6 with my husband (baby boy and puppy are sleeping) - trying to clean a little - coffee ☀️ 9.15 - 10.45 it is my time to take care about baby boy and puppy. So I usually go to the garden (baby boy in carrier) and run with puppy around. During this time my husband can finally fully focus on work. - lunch 😴 13.00 - 14.30 sleeping with baby boy (sometimes I sleep as well or reading book - I love this time during day). Cuddling with cat Winky, because she misses us a lot - but she is afraid of dog so she usually stay in bedroom during day. My husband is working and puppy is next to him (if we are lucky, Black is sleeping - otherwise my husband need to be careful about what Black is chewing). At afternoon I start to be bit easier because my youngest sister is coming home from school. So someone is playing with puppy, someone is cooking dinner and someone is taking care of our baby. 💪 Then it is time for diner and shower. 💤 Around 19.15 our baby boy is going to sleep and it is time for me to do some dishes or focus on work. My husband is already exhausted and asleep on couch at that time 🫣 If we are both awake we watch one episode together. 🌒 I usually go to bed around 21.30 So that's basically it. I hope it will be less exhausting in a few weeks (months). But I am happy that we made this decision 🖤 #dogstr

😷 This shit is stronger than I thought. I believed that my immune system is strong but this illness take me down for longer than I expected. My husband also get this crap from Saturday and out baby boy has high fever from this night. I know that he is strong baby and it will probably pass soon but I feel so sorry for him (I also cried because of it - I hate when I feel powerless..). So now he sleeping on me and I tried to breastfeed as much as possible meanwhile coughing my lungs out.. How did you feel when you experience your child first illness? Hopefully we will be better soon 💪🌱

Yesterday we had such a nice day outside at garden and today I am sick 😷 My husband took day off from work and now he is taking care about our baby boy. I am grateful that they are doing so well together and I could take some rest. #grateful

Hello #Nostr friends 🌞 Update on 8th week of this year: 🧑‍⚕️ We were on two mandatory appointments at doctors with our baby boy. It wasn't that bad as I was afraid of (but I am glad that the next one is in 5 weeks - still to early for me..). Our 👶is gaining weight really fast. He had 2,7 kg at birth and now he has 6,7 kg (nearly 4 months). There starting to be conspiracy theories - one is that I am producing cream instead of milk 🐮 second one is that my husband is secreatly giving him protein. 📚 I got part-time job at local library. It has 6 (SIX) readers. So my goal is to have at least 10 by the end of this year. On Thursday I will he the key and will see how the place looks like. Hopefully it will not be full of garbage. ☕ Coffee at our favorite place is must have. #coffeechain 🐕 On Saturday we were meeting our new puppy (we will take him home in mid of March). We just returned from doctor appointment with our baby boy. And I have to say we have great doctor. I was totally freaking out about having this conversation about vaccines. But it went really smoothly and I am relieved. Now I can sleep calmly 💪 #parenting #healthstr
