Great news! Microsoft is going to support Passkey sync technology. Since Google and Apple have supported Passkey well, now users enjoy a much more convenient and secure account system than before. However, Passkey cannot provide a 'global account' across different platforms and websites. People must rely on some account layer like Google account, which cannot guarantee self-sovereign. Blockchain based account system with Passkey technology will fix this problem. JoyID provides a universal account for Web2 and Web3 users. Users use their passkey to control a decentralized account to identify themselves, without password, mnemonics, email, or phone number. We started this project years ago, before the maturity of Passkey. Now the mainstream platforms have fully supported Passkey, and mainstream users are getting used to it. How amazing it feels when you bet on the right direction!
