Trying to make my bed but there’s a dog on it…

Ok, I concede that spend and replace is a reasonable thing. But let’s say that hypothetically someone in, say, NY, had no intention of tracking tax basis and wanted to do their spending and replacing in as anonymous a manner as possible… thats hard in repressive regimes. Where are some good resources for dissidents who need ways to grow the Bitcoin-as-money ecosystem while staying out of prison?
