My dream just before I got up this morning. I’m a capitalist. And yet, one of the biggest issues we face for the long term is figuring out how to convince people to work for basically free, or for pay without deranging the mission, on one of the most important projects in human history. There is no way as far as I know to disintermediate the human element with cryptography and smart contracts to work on this project. I’ve never heard anyone propose a solution beyond “better people”
