I had more fun in the digital world today than I have in ages. I got to play around in systemd a tiny bit (did I mention I F*#$@^* dislike systemd with a passion) and that was actually fun. I also got it to work, which is always the optimal outcome. It was like my early days, playing with stuff I wanted to do, rather than the stuff I *need* to do for whatever mentally made up reason I created for myself in the moment (job)...
Nostr is awesome! It's like the digital playground the internet used to be with BBS's and then IRC etc.. I really do love this community.
Still working through last year's sweet potato harvest. Love these things! Sadly the garlic ranch out and I didn't get a chance to dry any for powder/granulated. Whatcha got in your pantry (or garage) from last year?
I am now looking into getting a VPS for a relay, what are some of the better packages out there, especially any with some modicum of user friendly stuffs. I am golden with sh, csh, ksh, and of course that bash stuff. I can script things to replace errant users, but Rust etc.. is not currently in my wheelhouse. Open to suggestions.
