Forcing the world to use the USD as reserve currency has a price. The USofA has been paying the price for decades. It’s sort of a tacit part of the deal. Trump wants to stop paying the price. Yes please. I don’t live in the United States. I won’t have to deal with that part of the consequences. The US economy needs to accumulate 5.25M BTC to cover the 25% of world GDP they currently claiming via the USD scheme. They also need to fix a trade deficit of 100B (let’s use 80B to be kind). With a world GDP around 100T, let’s assume a BTC price of 5M. That’s losing 16K BTC per month to other economies (or 190K BTC per year)

In its current state, whatever is shitty about the legacy world will (or already has) find/found its way into Nostr.

Motorways… They should be “free” (paid for with taxes)? They should have a yearly subscription? (Swiss style) They should charge per distance traveled? (EU style) They should rely on v4v? Those who want to pay, pay? They should be run like a club, members own them, finance them and collaborate on operating them? Industries relying on (and profiting from) them should finance them and forward those costs to their customers? (Roman style, some provinces)
