Motorways… They should be “free” (paid for with taxes)? They should have a yearly subscription? (Swiss style) They should charge per distance traveled? (EU style) They should rely on v4v? Those who want to pay, pay? They should be run like a club, members own them, finance them and collaborate on operating them?
