here is a zap proposal;
nostrich 1 posts a note, nostrich 2 zaps that post with x amount, nostrich 3 zaps same post with y a mount.
nostrich 1 sees total amount of zaps, nostrich 2 and 3 only sees their zapped amount. the rest of the users only see that post have been zapped but they cant see the amount
privacy problems and future tax related issues can be avoided hopefully (for now)
