Strange cultural question: Apparently in America some people won’t talk to other people if they have the wrong phone and that these phone snobs can tell by the messages? Please could someone in the know explain this weird social custom to me? Thank you 🙏🏽 I appreciate your time.

Almost every Thursday without fail I deliberately start work late because I have a non-negotiable coffee date with some IRL friends. I never feel bad about starting late and always fee better for having seen my friends. #happythursday
