So today is day 31 of #31days I finished it off with a workout on the field Here’s to everyone who did it, gave it a go or cheered from the sidelines. The best bits? Hey my friends, Yesterday was day 19 of my #31days and it was cardio, Abs and legs. So far I note that the walking has helped my feel more positive while the other bits in between have helped me to feel a bit stronger, and waddling into the office is always entertaining. Have a good one!!
