Hey beautiful people of #nostr Life has been busy here lately and I’m so sorry I’ve neglected you. I found I needed to do some self work and work work also turned super busy and suddenly it’s snowballed and, while things are going great, there are aspects I’ve missed. Started taking my eating seriously, my exercise seriously and am feeling great! I’ve been walking and spending time in nature. With amazing humans IRL. So today is day 31 of #31days I finished it off with a workout on the field Here’s to everyone who did it, gave it a go or cheered from the sidelines. The best bits? I felt better mentally most of all. The worst bits? None come to mind Would I do it all over again? Absolutely! Have a great week my friends of #nostr you all rock!

Hey my friends, Yesterday was day 19 of my #31days and it was cardio, Abs and legs. So far I note that the walking has helped my feel more positive while the other bits in between have helped me to feel a bit stronger, and waddling into the office is always entertaining. Have a good one!!
