Honey lemon tea for me and warm water with a pinch of salt for mama. Sabi ng mga hapon maganda for waking up the internal organs ang warm water. We've made it a habit since the benefits shows naman. Mama also made an all natural antibiotic for my pursuing cough and colds. That's made of ginger, garlic, honey, onion, and lemon. Hope this subsides my cough. Anlamig din kasi dito sa amin. 😅
