The market will eventually come to terms with the fact that the rest of the "crypto" industry is downright fradulent and bitcoin is where the real value lies. It was never "blockchain, but not bitcoin" like many wanted you to believe. Bitcoin is the blockchain.

Running my own personal nostr relay now. Long overdue now that the outbox model has been more popular for a while.
I'm so glad we don't know who Satoshi is so that we don't end up finding out something like this. ๐

This is pretty clever stuff.

"You never presented any evidence."
"There is more evidence than ever presented."
...wtf does that even mean?! ๐๐
That sounds like something Craig Wright would say. Frauds are gonna fraud.

Very interesting video. I think about this often. As someone who pursued FIRE, it makes me question why humans put in 40+ hour work weeks simply in the name of productivity and consumption.
This was an interesting read. I just recently spun up a new node the other day and it was pretty apparent how the final 20% of the IBD took almost as long to validate as the previous 80% due to increased UTXO set and txn/script complexity.

Just watched this @Hummingbird myself now on @IndeeHub and it was a great film. I loved how it highlighted the contrast between living in connection with Earth's resources with bitcoin versus the fiat world of endless consumption.
Also, F the IMF.

Testing out Zaplocker for a different self-custody lightning address. I'm thinking about switching to this as opposed to my previous self-custody domain for some additional privacy. Didn't make sense to have my lightning node running over Tor only to have my lightning address hosted on my public IP. But I didn't like the custodial alternatives, so hopefully this works out. Feel free to Zap! ๐
It never fails that in the rarity that I do send an on-chain txn, it has now been an hour since the last block. ๐
Syncing the lightning graph entirely over Tor on a new node is painful. More so than an IBD.

JFC, war is despicable. Defund this shit with every ounce of value you own. Buy bitcoin and get out of fiat currency. I'm under no delusion that conflict would cease to exist in a bitcoin world, but it would certainly be forced to scale back from what it is today. The MIC needs a swift death.

So retarded that your retarded SDLC didn't pick up on any of these. ๐คฆ
I find myself switching Nostr clients almost regularly. Change and choice are nice and I enjoy the change in scenary once in a while. But the truth is that there just isn't a perfect Nostr client and they evolve quickly.
Amethyst and Ditto use and promote on-chain Zaps. Primal uses a caching service I'd prefer not to use. Wisp won't let me use Amber to log in. Coracle won't load pfp's for me. Most others have some kind of jank to them. At the end of the day, finding the perfect client is like trying to find a unicorn. That's OK, the ecosystem is still growing and trying new things. I keep trying them all out and seeing what works and what doesn't. They all have a place and will each find their own niche.
I was expecting something about bitcoin in this video since it pretty much echoes everything we've been preaching for years.
